The Industry Oriented Program (IOP) is designed for Indian Engineers to pursue their dream career in Japan. In this program, the job vacancies in different streams of engineering such as Computer Science/ Mechanical/ Electronics and Communications and related areas, are received from Japanese hiring firms by SilverPeak Global. Indian engineers are then recruited as per the job specifications mentioned by the company. After successfully clearing the interview process, the selected candidates are provided with Japanese (Nihongo) Language Training up to N3 level and Technical Training based on the inputs of the hiring Organisation for a duration of 9 months. Following the successful completion of training, the final onboarding and Work Visa process is completed and the candidates fly to Japan to join work.
